Job description:

• Supervise the performance of the HR team and provide guidance to team members who require further direction.

• Represent the HR team in Daily Departmental Meetings, Weekly Departmental Meetings, and other meetings organized by the Site/Project Management.

• Conduct weekly HR meetings with the GA team and report to the supervisor in a timely manner.

• Disseminate information regarding company regulations or policies and ensure that all employees are informed.

• Ensure that payroll processes, incentives, deductions, contract compensation payments, etc., are executed correctly and reported according to the schedule set by the company.

• Ensure the availability of manpower at the Site/Project as per company requirements to support operational activities.

• Monitor employee contract status and Employee Contract Amendment Proposals (UPK).

• Ensure that employee data is accurately recorded in the HRIS system (TALENTA) according to updated information.

• Coordinate with the HR Head Office regarding training and certification requests submitted by employees/supervisors when needed.

• Ensure that employee transitions, such as transfers, promotions, and changes in employee POH data, are properly administered and reported to the HR Head Office.

• Supervise and execute the issuance of warning letters, employee absentee notices, coaching and counseling, investigation reports, standard reports, terminations, and matters related to employee violations or negligence in accordance with company regulations.

• Handle complaints and feedback related to employee matters from various parties.

• Ensure that the HR Site operational budget is aligned before being requested to finance.

• Foster good relationships with third parties (Labor Department, Training Vendors, HRGA in the same project environment, and surrounding communities).

• Ensure that reports to the Labor Department are completed as directed by the supervisor (contract reporting, termination reporting, etc.).

• Coordinate with Site Management (PJO and KTT) and the HR Head Office team as needed.

• Submit work reports to the HRGA Project Manager on time.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Supervisor.

• Bachelors degree in Law or Human Resource Management is required.

• Ability to work collaboratively with the team.

• Knowledge of applicable labor laws and their implementation.

• Experience with HRIS (Talenta) is preferred.

• Willingness to work under pressure and organize work efficiently.

• Willingness to be assigned to Project (Site) areas with a roster schedule.

• Good communication skills.

• Understanding of EDABU and SIPP systems is preferred.
