• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
• Ensure that the position request meets the recruitment requirements and procedures.
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and qualifications.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
  Negotiate salary and benefits packages on behalf of candidates and facilitate the offer and acceptance process.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to candidates throughout the onboarding process.
• Provide training to the team related to recruitment, psychology tests and basic HR.
• Create, plan and provide training materials in accordance with the needs of the Work Unit, the concept of training so that the implementation of training can be done with a planned and meet the standards specified.
• Evaluate, and cooperate with relevant departments in terms of determining training needs of all departments in the Company based on Performance Appraisal and Job Competencies.
• Meet administrative requirements in the training process (application form training application, vendor and registration check, payment).
• Manage the training of External training in accordance SOP Training and in accordance with the Budget.
• Create Weekly, Monthly report on Training Activities.

Requirements:

• Age between 30-40 years old
• Bachelor degree of Law / Human Resource Management / Psychology
• Minimum 1 – 2 years experience as Recruitment & Training
• Proficiency in English & Mandarin is a MUST
• Any candidate(s) who passed/certified in HSK 5-6 is a PLUS
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Good leadership ability
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang
