About the role

We are seeking a talented HR Recruitment Staff to join our team at PT Indo Highland Investment. As an HR Recruitment Staff, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening and selecting top talent to support the growth of our company. This full-time position is based in Cikupa Banten, offering you the opportunity to contribute to our HR initiatives in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates

• Screen and evaluate applications to identify the most suitable candidates

• Conduct interviews and assessments to assess candidate skills and fit

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements

• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure efficient recruitment processes

• Provide excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle

• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires

• Continuously monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field

• At least 1 years of experience in a recruitment or HR role, preferably within the same industri

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships

• Proficient in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media and professional networks

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address recruitment challenges

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment best practices

• Adaptable and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Experience with editing or design software is a plus.
