JOB SUMMARY

The candidate will be responsible for Sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees in a company and will be committed to training as a way to drive professional development, boost motivation, and enhance the team’s performance.

• Conduct the end-to-end recruitment process; create job ads, review job applications and resumes, do the interview process, and ensure employees are hired as procedures.
• Create and maintain employment contract, including maintaining employee’s database.
• Conduct onboarding process: Assisting new employees as they join the company, and help them learn policies, explain duties, complete the necessary paperwork and including assisting of IT onboarding process (Computer, software, email, etc).
• Responsible for training and developments, including prepare and update training matrix, maintaining records of employee training and development programs and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
• Working with internal and external trainers to deliver best-in-class quality.
• Assist HR Manger to process employee’s talent review and annual performance review.
• Conducting exit process on terminating or resign employees including preparing employment working certificate.
• Monitor attendance record and leave of the employees.
• Monitor and renewal Certificate of Expertise of the employees.
• Assist HR Manager to prepare HR reports.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from any discipline, preferably in Psychology, HR Management, or related areas.
• Having related working experience in HR Recruitment for a minimum of 2 years.
• Understand the end-to-end recruitment process and legal administration.
• Familiar with psychology assessment (is a plus).
• Having Good Knowledge of Updated Regulations in the Human Resources area & Implementation and understand and update the HR policies and regulations based on Indonesia labour law.
• Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, detail-oriented, and well-organized multitasking.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with internal departments and external customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, …)
• Good communication in English

EMPLOYEMENT STATUS: Permanent
