Perusahaan kami merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi HR Operations Supervisor di tempat usaha PT Navya Retail Indonesia untuk domisili Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Sumber Daya Manusia / HR serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Untuk kualifikasi yang perusahaan kami inginkan ialah min Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan peraturan yang PT kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Responsibilities:

1.    New Employee Data Management

  • Responsible of inputting new employee (for non-management to front end employees) data to the HR System.
  • Checking the new employee tax registration number and bank account and input those data into the HRIS System.
  • Create Employee ID for new staff.

2.    Employee Attendance

  • Registering new employee biometric data into the HR data biometric machine for attendance purpose and liaison with all Store PIC in record the front-line new employee biometric data to ensure that all employees biometric are recorded properly.
  • Preparing monthly attendance penalty report and submit to HR Manager for further action.
  • Preparing and checking back end and front-end attendance record from HR System.

3. Employee Database and Administration                                       

  • Maintaining and setting employees data in HRIS such as organization structure, cost center, employee shift scheduling and other HRIS related matters.
  • Responsible of obtaining and maintaining medical certificate submitted by employees.
  • Responsible of producing monthly employee contract data and send the data to Users. Users then send feedback about their staff employment status.
  • Update renewal contracts based on User recommendation and based on performance review conducted by Users.
  • Provide administrative support the Head of HR in relation to data request or data required.
  • Responsible for recording and updating non-management employee’s data in HRIS, including active employee’s data changes, promotions, employee transfer, resignation, and termination.
  • Preparing monthly reports for respective Government offices such as BPJS Kesehatan.
  • WLKP (Company’s Obliged reporting for employment) on employee’s movement, create every year and will raise new WLKP number per 2 years.
  • Liaising with health insurance provider in order to register new employees and employee termination update, and any update matter that need to confirm.
  • Issuing warning letters on all disciplinary matters.                                       

4. Employee Remuneration and Welfare                             

  • Preparing attendance data for salary calculation, such as; overtime calculation, sales commission, other allowance, penalty, deduction for non-management level.
  • Producing monthly payroll reports and verifying all the components for non-management level.
  • Responsible for preparing monthly report to BPJS Kesehatan.
  • Preparing data staff for non-system payment for the tax report.
  • Responsible for calculating manual compensation and overtime salary for front end and back-end employees as well as for temporary employee, and temporary bazaar employee.
  • Checking and providing part timer attendance data.
  • Responsible for preparing employee data for the annual increment (UMP).
  • Giving information about employee’s benefit and compensation for contractual staff and probation staff.                                  

5. Industrial Relation                                  

  • Responsible in liaising with Government agencies regarding to employees, such as BPJS Kesehatan, Ministry of Manpower, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan for part timer staff.
  • Responsible of processing the legalization required by the Government such as Wajib Lapor Tenaga Kerja, and other documents required.
  • Preparing warning letters based on requests from the Managers and HR Manager.
  • Handling other matters as required.
  • Sending reimbursement data to private insurance.                                     

6.    Employee Attendance                                      

  • Provide information for Store PIC in registering new employee biometric to the fingerprint machine.
  • Responsible of checking Replacement Off (RO) data to ensure that the staff taking RO is still valid.                               

7.    Employee Database and Administration                                   

  • To make sure new staff obtaining and maintaining employee punch cards.
  • Maintaining proper personnel folder of non-management employees.
  • Responsible of preparing outgoing letters for employee’s purposes such as bank account opening, registering new employee to tax office, employee reference letter and other related to employee documents.
  • Making employment agreement between Company and the new employee based on data from the recruitment staff, to ensure that the employees are properly documented.
  • Preparing ID registration for Mall Management and name tag for store employees.
  • Responsible of new employee orientation on HRIS and Company regulations.
  • Manually record annual leave balance for employees.
  • Provide and produce employee’s letter as per requested (such as; reference letter, bank account opening letter, NPWP opening letter, etc).
  • Provide migration data, resign list employee.   

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree majoring in any field.
  • Minimum 7 years professional experience in the HR area in retail or FMCG is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication of English and Bahasa.
  • Excellent presentation.
  • Strong foundation and knowledge of principles and practice of HR including Labor Law & compliance requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to effectively coach employees and management through complex and difficult issues.
  • People oriented.
  • Highly motivated, result oriented and individual with organization skills and ability to solve problems.
