Perusahaan kami merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi HR-OD Supervisor di kantor Vania Interior Furnishings untuk kota/kab Jakarta Selatan serta sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang usaha kami butuhkan adalah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Sumber Daya Manusia / HR serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki kualifikasi yang khusus terhadap pelamar sehingga anda dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Upah yang kami berikan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Tapi itu semua bisa berubah tergantung dari keputusan HRD.

Scope of work but not limited to:

  • Evaluating and managing Organizational Development (OD) strategies and processes; assessing organizational development needs of operating, business and functional units.
  • Leading the design, development and implementation of programs, policies and strategies tailored to meet OD needs and program goals; designing and executing key programmatic elements of the OD process; measuring the achievement of established goals.
  • Oversee and analyze job load review and manpower planning, develop job descriptions, individual development planning and employee’s performance indicator.
  • Review, update, make policies and procedures and SOPs.
  • Managing the performance appraisal and feedback programs; coaching Managers on performance review process and appropriate feedback, language and documentation.
  • Developing and conducting training to employees and manage e-learning platform and ensure that the employees personal and professional development is in-line with the company’s vision, mission and goals.
  • Reviewing and revising (as necessary) job descriptions for all positions in the Company and conduct analysis to determine appropriate salary level according to compensation guidelines.
  • Support and assist Head of HRGA and Policy Procedure Department in other HR-OD matters as well as other company’s initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Five years of professional Organizational Development or Human Resource work
  • Have training in HR, OD.
  • Have experience in conducting employee training.
  • Have experience in audit.
  • Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel
  • Demonstrating strong communication skills that foster open and inclusive communication among varying stakeholder groups and at varying levels of the company.
  • Utilizing data and assessment outcomes for communication and to make continuous improvements for programs and services.
  • Establishing credibility and trust.
  • Planning, implementing, improving, and evaluating programs, policies, procedures, and operational.
  • Work effectively across lines of difference and in demonstrating cultural competence.
  • Guide and drive the completion of initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders;
  • Interpret and apply policies, procedures, employment laws and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
