Perusahaan kami merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi HR Manager(Mandarin Speaker) di kantor PT Zhongtsing New Energy untuk domisili Kendari & Southeast Sulawesi atau sekitarnya.

Skill yang usaha kami butuhkan ialah Manajemen – Internal (Sumber Daya Manusia & Perekrutan) serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Job Title: HRGA Manager (Human Resources & General Administration Manager)

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

Human Resources Strategic Planning

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive human resources plan in line with the company’s strategic objectives, covering talent acquisition, development, retention strategies to ensure the company has the right talent to support business growth.
  • Regularly assess the current status of human resources, analyze key indicators such as labor cost and staff structure, and provide professional advice to the company’s decision-makers to optimize human resources allocation.

Recruitment and Talent Selection

  • Be responsible for the recruitment of all positions in the company. From demand analysis, recruitment channel expansion, resume screening to interview organization and hiring decisions, establish an efficient and accurate recruitment process.
  • Utilize professional talent assessment tools and interview techniques to identify high-potential talents, ensuring that new employees are highly compatible with the job and corporate culture, enhancing the quality of recruitment.

Training and Development

  • Design and implement an employee training and development system. Based on the requirements of different positions and employees’ personal growth paths, plan orientation training for new employees, job skills improvement training, leadership training and other programs.
  • Track training effectiveness, collect feedback, and continuously optimize training courses and methods to provide strong support for employees’ growth, promote their career development and consequently improve the overall company performance.

Performance Management

  • Establish and improve the company’s performance management system, formulate scientific and reasonable performance indicators and evaluation criteria to ensure that performance appraisal is fair, just and open, truly reflecting employees’ work performance.
  • Organize regular performance review meetings, communicate with employees about performance, provide targeted feedback and coaching to help employees improve their performance, and formulate improvement plans or take corresponding measures for employees who fail to meet performance standards.

Employee Relations Management

  • Create a positive corporate culture atmosphere, plan and organize various employee activities such as team building, birthday parties, festival celebrations, etc., to enhance employees’ sense of belonging and cohesion.
  • Handle employee complaints and disputes, adhere to the principle of fairness and justice, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of both the company and employees, and promote harmonious and stable employee relations.

Compensation and Benefits Management

  • Design a competitive compensation and benefits system, taking into account market conditions, the company’s financial situation, job value and other factors to ensure internal fairness and external competitiveness of compensation.
  • Be responsible for compensation calculation, payment and benefits management, answer employees’ questions about compensation and benefits, and continuously optimize the compensation and benefits plan to attract and retain talent.

Administrative Management

  • Coordinate the company’s administrative affairs, formulate and improve administrative management systems and procedures, covering office environment management, office supplies procurement, file management, meeting organization, etc.
  • Be responsible for the planning and logistical support of important company activities and meetings to ensure their smooth progress, showcase the company’s good image, improve administrative efficiency and provide a solid backing for the company’s operation.

 

Qualifications:

 

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, majors in human resources management, business administration, administrative management or related fields are preferred.

Work Experience

  • Have [X] years or more of comprehensive management experience in human resources and administration, be familiar with the operation of all human resources modules, and those with experience in medium and large enterprises are more preferable.

Skills and Abilities

  • Proficient in the six modules of human resources management, have a deep understanding of talent development strategies, and possess solid professional knowledge and practical experience.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to communicate effectively with all departments, coordinate resources, solve problems and promote the implementation of human resources and administrative projects.
  • Possess outstanding team management ability, can lead a team to complete various tasks efficiently, and stimulate the potential of team members.
  • Strong data analysis ability, able to detect human resources problems from data and provide a basis for decision-making.
  • Skilled in using office software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, as well as human resources management related software.

  • Have good adaptability, able to respond to emergencies in human resources and administrative work and make decisions quickly.
  • Be honest, just and have a strong sense of confidentiality to safeguard the information security of the company and employees.
