Your Role

Being HR Manager, and under the supervision of the HR Lead in Indonesia, your day will be primarily focused on:

• Federate local teams thorough shared values, understanding of organization’s purpose and connectedness with other countries and programs;
• Manage HR operations in Indonesia, ensuring qualitative, compliant, timely and on-budget delivery of HR programs and initiatives according to internal practices and framework;
• Ensure HR presence and appropriate management of all moments that matter for staff, such as onboarding, promotion, contract extension, medical leave, termination;
• Empower managers and staff to develop, promote and enable an environment of trust, psychological safety, speak-up friendly, conflict resolution management, team building events, regular check-ins and culture of constructive feedbacks;
• Actively foster healthy collaboration within the HR Teams, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their role, direction and ways of working together, and support their success; and
• Ensuring the effective contribution is aligned to the country and organizational goals.

Your knowledge of the labor law and regulations, combined with a demonstrated experience in driving HR strategies in a multicultural, dynamic organization makes you a trusted partner to the staff.

With a good sense of individual’s psychology and behaviour, and excellent communication skills, you easily establish sustainable relationships with internal stakeholders. Being calm and pragmatic, with a positive attitude, people naturally appreciate to engage with you and rely on your expertise and ethics to navigate complex and demanding situations.

Being a natural leader, well organized with strong personal discipline you are able to independently prioritize, delegate and drive multiple projects and agendas simultaneously in a consistent manner.
