Skill yang perusaahan inginkan adalah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Sumber Daya Manusia / HR serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Adapun untuk syarat yang kita butuhkan ialah setidaknya Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Yang merupakan ketetapan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 10.000.000 - Rp 14.000.000.

Main Target :

Ensuring HR activities can run objectively and systematically against all work programs that have been made, and coordinate the GA section to carry out their respective functions and make, compile and review the HR

work program that has been set so that it can be achieved and on target

Main Responsibility :

1. Responsible for the recruitment process and fulfillment of employee workforce

2. Responsible for HR activities in general

3. Responsible for personnel activities towards the beginning and end of the process

4. Develop and develop a performance management system program and ensure the program is running

5. Compile, review and evaluate HR SOP as the company’s basic reference

6. Together with other parts managers or directors to compile company objectives both long term and short term

7. As the coordinator of all personnel activities and general affairs so that what is done is right on target

8. Resolve the problems that occur around the company environment

9. Helping and controlling all incoming aspirations for the company so that there is no internal turmoil

10. Ensuring that relations between HR and other departments can run well and always support programs issued by HR

11. Create & Analyze employee salary reports for both staff and non staff

12. Reviewing the company’s remuneration system policy

13. Review and ensure that the employees received have standardized company qualifications

14. Develop training activities on the basis of competency

15. Develop employee development programs

General Responsibility :

1. Make work goals per day / week / month so that the program can run well

2. Responsible for fulfilling staff and non staff workforce

3. Provide training programs needed by employees

4. Providing discipline and standard of work to subordinates to create better HR

5. Manage Cost Expenditures as efficiently as possible and make an accountability report
