We are mainly focussed on the export market with customers based in Europe, USA, middle East and Australia.

Join our team

We are currently offering the opportunity to join our company as HR & Legal manager.

We are looking to hire someone with a proven trackrecord in the HR business field that immediately can implement his or her experience within our company.

As our HR & Legal manager you will be in charge of overseeing all the human resource activities aswel as all matters related to the management of our facility (building, health&safety, waste management).

We are looking for someone with a professional mindset that is capable of working in a very independent way and has strong leadership capabilities to delegate tasks within their team.

This means we need someone that already has the appropriate knowledge and knowhow in the domains of payroll, taks, legal matters and communication outside the organization.

You will report directly to the directors of the company and will be closely involved in setting out the company’s policies and procedures. You will have the freedom to undertake all sorts of initiatives that can improve the overall operations, efficiency and employee’s satisfaction.

As part of a global organization you will also interact with our colleagues oversees and work together on projects at group level.

Required skillset

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Develop and manage HR policies and procedures.
• Manage recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Manage payroll processing and related tax reporting requirements.
• Administer and manage employee benefits programs.
• Maintain and manage staff personal files.
• Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Manage office facilities, including maintenance, repairs and waste management.
• Oversee the security and health&safety
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
• Provide administrative aid to facilitate the smooth operation of the office.

Additional Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• At least several years of experience in HR management, with prior experience in the manufacturing industry being an advantage.
• Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Experience in managing recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate, knowledge of Ms Office is required (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Committed, enthusiastic, proactive, systematic, responsible & organized in work, eager to make a change in the way of work and have good interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa, both speaking and writing.
• Willing to work in Terboyo Industrial park, Semarang
