JOB DESCRIPTION
v Determine the Annual Manpower Budget of the organization based on business plan.
v Recruitment of employees as per budget in a timely and cost-effective manner.
v Lateral Recruitment of experienced payment professionals across all levels
v Special Focus on technology hiring across various divisions of IT Infrastructure, Application, Architect, Implementation, Solutions, Project Management, Production Support & Testing.
v Design & Conduct the yearly campus hiring & engagement plan.
v Initiate Employer Branding activities to attract right talent.
v Conceptualize the Employee Value Proposition for Euronet to attract candidate
v Realign the selection process to filter the right candidate.
v Ongoing Monitoring of Manpower Budget / Quality of Hire / Cost of Hiring
v Compilation of Job Description for all roles in the organization
v Weekly Interaction with Divisional Heads for hiring progress and updates
v Establish the Talent Acquisition Dashboard and devising plan for timely hiring of quality manpower.
v Responsible for smooth on boarding of new joinees. (joining formalities, seat, email id, etc)
v Ensure the new joinees goals / KPIs are set within 15 days of joining.
v Conduct Annual Evaluation of Headhunters / Recruitment Agencies.
v Prepare annual budget for recruitment, on boarding and allied activities.
v Devise Compensation Structure for new recruits and benchmarking the salary cost of various technical skills / role as per market
v Manage the HR Operations pertaining to joining, exit, payroll inputs and performance appraisal.
REQUIREMENTS
v Prior experience of managing recruitment in IT / ITES / Fintech / Payments is a must.
v Should be proficient in recruitment, on boarding and HR processes.
v Should be hands on with job portals / LinkedIn / Reference / Consultant Engagement.
v Good command over written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
v Should possess good stakeholder management and negotiation skills
v The candidate should be MBA (HR) or full time postgraduate in human resource with experience varying from 8 – 12 years in relevant sector.
