Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and performance management for the mining operations
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations, particularly in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards
• Manage payroll, benefits administration (e.g., BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan), and compensation structures to maintain employee satisfaction and retention
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals to support organizational growth in a challenging industry environment
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs, manage workforce planning, and oversee end-to-end recruitment processes
• Monitor HR metrics and generate reports for senior management on workforce performance, hiring progress, and HR initiatives
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, including labor unions, government agencies, and contractors, to ensure smooth operations and regulatory compliance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in the mining industry
• Strong understanding of labor laws, safety regulations, and industry-specific compliance standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in remote locations and adapt to the mining industry’s challenge
