Dibutuhkan. loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi HR Legal Staff di kantor PT Sukses Uchi Nawa untuk kota/kab Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Skill yang kami inginkan adalah Hukum Hubungan Industri & Ketenagakerjaan (Hukum) serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki syarat yang tersendiri terhadap calon pelamar sehingga anda dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

Job Description:

  • Managing employee documents such as employment contracts, attendance records, and leaves.
  • Evaluating employee performance, devising development plans, and providing feedback to improve employee performance.
  • Handling employee conflicts and issues in a professional and fair manner.
  • Promoting the company culture and creating a positive work climate to make employees feel comfortable and motivated in the workplace.
  • Possessing knowledge of HR policies and being able to provide advice and recommendations to management or other departments regarding HR matters.
  • Draft and review legal documents for the company (contracts, MOUs, NDAs)
  • Handle company licensing
  • Making Legal Opinions regarding the latest employment provisions, and identify any potential risks and issues.
  • Coordinating various aspects and legal services from Notary/PPAT, Lawyer/Legal Consultant to achieve certain objectives of the Company.
  • Taking care of company legalization issues with related agencies / third parties.
  • Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to draft cooperation agreements with partners, clients, and other third parties.

Requirements:

  • Have experience in related area at least 2 years.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law
  • Excellent understanding Corporate Legal & HR administrative
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive, initiative and able to work independently.
  • Have the ability in the field of Industrial Relations & Employee Engagement
