LOCATION          : Jakarta, Indonesia

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

Focusing your contribution within the area of Learning & Development, you’ll hands-on to provide immediate impact to the business by driving our corporate and leadership portfolio programme.

Reports to           : Talent and Organization Effectiveness Manager

Reporting Level  : Individual Contributor

Geographic Scope:Local

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Capture L&D best practices across end markets or other companies
• Manage training needs analysis and develop learning cycle plan and agenda
• Lead end-to-end program deployment and evaluation (up to level 3)
• Act as corporate partner and work with functional L&D stream
• Manage learning database and its quality for corporate level
• Drive simplification and automation within the L&D scopes (database, library, evaluation, etc.)

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Graduated from reputable universities, but open for last year students
• Proven leadership/organization experiences
• Good English communication skills
• Has strong Excel skills for analytics
