Our client is a Japanese company in Language course industry, currently searching for Administration Manager candidates with requirements as per below:

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree preferably in Finance/Accounting/Business Management
  2. Experience in HR Generalist/Administration position at least for 3 years.
  3. Great attention to detail
  4. Ability to read and record financial expenses.
  5. Able to speak in English fluently, having the ability to talk in Japanese (N3/N2 is preferable)
  6. Willing to work in Jakarta Selatan

Job Description:

  1. Manage day-to-day office operations, including supervising administrative staff, setting schedules, and ensuring that office resources are used efficiently.
  2. Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities, including office space, equipment, and supplies.
  3. Involved in creating and managing budgets for administrative expenses, such as office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
  4. HR-related tasks, such as recruiting administrative staff, managing payroll, and handling employee benefits.
  5. Ensure that company policies and procedures are implemented and followed throughout the organization, particularly in administrative areas.
  6. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to administrative functions, including financial records, is a crucial part of the role.
  7. Serves as a point of contact between upper management and administrative staff, facilitating communication and coordination.
  8. Oversee relationships with various service providers and suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective services.
  9. Ensuring that the organization complies with relevant laws and regulations, particularly in areas related to administration and office operations.
  10. Handling administrative issues and challenges as they arise, and finding solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
