Butuh cepat. lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi HR Generalist di perusahaan PT Mindo Small Business Solutions untuk daerah Yogyakarta & DI Yogyakarta atau sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang kita inginkan adalah Konsultasi & HR Umum (Sumber Daya Manusia & Perekrutan) serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

PT ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang tersendiri terhadap calon pelamar sehingga kamu bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 2.600.000 - Rp 3.100.000.

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree

  • At least 2 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Experienced in the digital industry is a plus

  • Familiar with the modern recruitment process

  • Familiar with Google workspace and Job Portal processing

  • Comfortable working in a high paced environment

  • Experienced in HR matters such as BPJS, working agreement, attendance, C&B, and people development

  • Good command of English (written and speaking)

  • Agree to work at the office

  • Attitude “can do” and self-motivated.

  • Familiar with Talenta HRIS

Job Responsibility :

  • Ensure recruitment and personnel administration by candidates sourcing, recruit, cooperate with line managers to schedule the interview and selection candidates to get the right person for all vacancies in a timely manner

  • Prepare and maintain all HR information, records and reports accurately

  • Provide support to the business throughout the employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, promotion, and offboarding)

  • Cover the HR administrative tasks
