Job description & requirements

FOOM Lab Global is Indonesian-based consumer product startup with mission to aid adult smokers move away from combustible smoking and encourage people to shift to safer way of consuming nicotine. We are determined to provide the best quality e-cigarette product with unique and hyper-localized flavors. Our main differentiators against competitors are our competitive price point; our refillable pods; and our e-liquid that is produced in-house and locally. 

The HR Generalist is responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, maintaining employee records, managing payroll and benefits, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process employment contracts, and renewals, and manage promotions and demotions.
• Build and maintain positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution.
• Maintain employee records, including attendance, permits, leave, sick days, and more.
• Manage payroll, benefits, allowances, overtime, and employee loans.
• Register and manage BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan online with SIPP and eDabu, including applying for new registrations, monthly payments, and reporting.
• Manage and maintain employee files and records.
• Assist in performance management processes, including setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and addressing performance issues.
• Manage office assets and other office management needs.
• Perform business-as-usual HR Generalist responsibilities as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, managing at least 100 employees.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formula creation for reporting and data recording.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Hands-on experience in HR-related roles.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Advanced level of English proficiency.
• Willingness to work full-time in the office (WFO).
