Kami merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi HR Generalist (Payroll specialist) di perusahaan PT.EASYHIRE SERVIS INTERNASIONAL untuk domisili Jakarta Utara serta sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang kami inginkan ialah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Sumber Daya Manusia / HR serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Selain itu untuk persyaratan yang perusahaan inginkan ialah minimum Sarjana (S1). Merupakan ketetapan yang usaha kami berikan.

Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

  1. Plan and utilize HR budget and resources to meet the needs of the business.
  2. Design and implement HR policies and procedures that support business objectives and drive organizational success.
  3. Conduct and ensure a series of recruitment processes such as interviews, scheduling interviews with users, checking references in accordance with company regulations.
  4. Provide end-to-end talent acquisition service to attract and retain talents.
  5. Develop and implement effective performance management programs that align with business goals, including regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring.
  6. Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with all HR regulations and laws, including labor laws, and implement effective risk management programs.
  7. Develop and deliver effective training and development programs that meet the needs of the business and its employees.
  8. Develop and manage HR metrics and analytic that measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  9. Collaborate with business leaders to create a culture of high performance, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
  2. At least 2 years of HR experience.
  3. Mandarin proficiency and preferably English as well.
  4. Strong communication and execution skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence to all levels of the organization.
  5. Knowledge of HR best practices, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
  6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
