We are seeking a talented and experienced HR and GA specialist to join our team. As a HR and GA, you will provide advice and support on related various matters to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Batuta Chemical Industrial Park (BCIP) is conceptualized as the first integrated center for processing coal, petrochemicals and their derivatives, expected to be a pioneer of its kind in Indonesia and the surrounding region. BCIP has an Industrial Area located in East Kutai, East Kalimantan. With an integrated planning and design approach applied to provide a strong sense of place and recognition – distinguishing the project from other facilities in the vicinity. This approach will focus on creating an overall project identity that is economically viable, environmentally viable, and also socially responsible.

Qualification:

• Max age of 40 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law Business Administration, or a related field from reputable university (Min GPA 3.00/4.00). A Master’s degree is an added Value.
• Holding relevant HR certifications.
• Good understanding of calculating Withholding Tax art. 21 with Net, Gross and Gross up salary methods.
• Able to use English proficiently (both written and spoken).
• Computer literate (Ms Excel, Ms Word, Power Point).
• Have strategic leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Have a good discipline, commitment, response, trustworthy, good manner, attitude and integrity is a must.
• Ability to work well in team and maintaining strong working relationships at all levels of an organization.
• Maintain an appropriate working environment with good condition.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategic and procedures aligned with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Arrange of internal meeting, car pickup, hotel and handle booking air ticket for employee’s travel.
• Handle employee insurance and BPJS, including employee needed (e.g. name card, access card, parking card, insurance card).
• Conduct asset management, such as organizing asset buying, monitoring & maintenance of the company asset, licensing related to external party permission as procedure.
• Maintain and responsible for management permits & legal of company related to assets & legal documents.
