Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other related issues
• Coordinate the recruitment process. Initiate recruitment advertisements, review and screening applicants. Ensuring that the employee recruitment process runs according to company’s policies and procedures
• Conduct new hire employee orientation and on boarding which includes presenting company’s business profile and explaining Company’s Organizational Chart, buddies assignment, and accurately complete requisite paperwork for new hire employee.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Develop and make recommendations for training and development initiative programs
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

 Requirements:

-Proven working experience of minimum 3 years as a HR Manager

-Bachelor degree of Psychology/Law/Human Resource Management is preferred

-In-depth knowledge of social security and health for labour (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan)

-In- depth knowledge of the labour law plus other relevant legal regulations (PKWT, PKWTT)

-People oriented and results driven

-Knowledge of HR Systems and databases

-Excellent active listening, negotiating and presentation skills

-Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
