Perusahaan kami telah merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi HR & GA MANAGER di kantor PT Bahari Eka Nusantara (Ben Line Agencies) untuk kota/kab Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.

Skill yang usaha kami inginkan ialah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Sumber Daya Manusia / HR serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Selain itu untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang kami butuhkan ialah minimal Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Objectives

Assisting Management to ensure all activities related to Human Resources and General Affairs/ Administration Division are running well, also enhance all Human Resources personnel competencies towards work effectiveness and not limited to transform into HR personnel into HR Business Partner.

Job Description

1.    Operational Responsibility

  • Ensure the daily activities are running well, and the policies also procedures are well implemented.
  • Ensure the company are comply with the local regulation (Licenses and Permits).
  • Ensure all assets and maintenance are timely reported.
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient in administration process

a.  Leave Management

b.  Meeting Room, Travel & Transportation Management

c.  Stationery Management

2.    Financial Responsibility

  • Ensure the annual budget are planned and compliances are well implemented.
  • Ensure all maintenance and replacement to office supplies are budgeted.
  • Ensure all the asset maintenance are monitored.
  • Ensure all employee payment (Salary, Adjustment, Bonus, Loan, Claims, and Tax) are well recorded in HRIS and also Payroll Management System

3.    People Responsibility

  • Ensure all manpower planning (MPP) and required documents are fulfil by all Div/ Dept’s.
  • Ensure all screening of candidates, job posting, advertisement, interview session, negotiations, offering and new employee orientation program (NEOP)/ on-boarding are properly implemented within company.
  • Ensure, identify training needs (TNA) and training plan are match with company goals.
  • Ensure Talent Inventory Review (TIR) are well designed with Management Advises and also monitored.
  • Enhance all personnel in Human Resources Department, General Affairs/ Administration Department, and IT Department competencies to become HR Business and Strategic Partner to Management.

4.    Risk Management

  • Ensure all employee database, benefit and remuneration are well maintain in HRIS.
  • Ensure all immigration documentation and relocation assignment are well prepared and maintain.
  • Ensure all the employee remuneration are fulfilled (min. requirements).
  • Ensure Talent Inventory Review (TIR) are well design and monitored.
  • Make necessary adjustment on HR policies and procedure.
  • Ensure Employee’s Handbook (local) are fully maintained and renewed timely.
  • Ensure the updated of Organization Chart with Management coordination, advises and approval.
  • Liaise with Human Resources providers such as :

a.  Recruitment Agencies

b.  Training & Development Agencies

c.  Local Government and Manpower Ministry

d.  Health and Life Insurance, etc.

5.    Customer

  • Ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) in HRGA & IT Division are well implemented.
  • Ensure People Development are well implemented and monitored (Training, Sharing Session, Coaching, Career Development, Promotion, and Rotation).
  • Ensure HRIS that company implemented are User Friendly and updated
