• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry, ideally with plant-related exposure, showcasing a deep understanding of HR dynamics in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven ability to drive changes, implement policies, and successfully influence the workforce to embrace and adapt to organizational transformations.
• Track record of successfully managing strong union relations, including negotiation, dispute resolution, and fostering positive relationships with union representatives.
• Proven track record of managing external relations with Disnaker, communities, villages, and third-party general services vendors, showcasing expertise in building and maintaining collaborative external partnerships.

What a day at work for you will look like:

• Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals, ensuring a cohesive approach towards achieving company objectives.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and oversee New Hires Induction sessions, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and employee integration.
• Act as the primary contact for daily HR activities, handling conflict resolution, employee counseling, and statutory compliance to maintain a compliant and positive work environment.
• Drive engagement and development programs to enhance productivity across all plants, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and employee growth.
