Requirements: 

• Maximum 45 years old

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Law 

• At least 7 Year(s) of working experience as HR&GA in manufacturing company

• Having strong managerial skill such as:

• Have good Computer Skills, Labor Law, Budgeting and Human Resources Management

Responsibilities:

• Develop human resource management systems, strategies, policies & work plans within the company to produce competent human resources & develop a professional workforce.

• Develop, manage, control & propose budget savings/efficiency in the HR & GA scope and develop improvements in the scope so that budget usage can be carried out more efficiently.

• Directing, analyzing, & managing remuneration practices and procedures to ensure that the compensation & benefit packages set by the company remain competitive & run consistently according to the company’s financial capabilities.

• Coordinate & control the fulfillment of human resources, implementation of development programs, implementation of performance management systems, & personnel administration.

• Prepare company regulations, conduct socialization, & ensure that the implementation of company regulations is carried out consistently throughout the scope of the company.

• Plan, coordinate, & control household services, security, & permits to provide satisfaction to all stakeholders.

• Plan & coordinate development and maintenance projects for the company’s facilities and infrastructure.

• Ensuring that the work discipline of the order goes well.

• Develop & ensure corporate values are carried out consistently by all employees.

• Ensure that all company assets have been properly stored & cared for

• Ensuring all scoped reports are accurate, completed, & distributed on time.
