Job description:

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings and coordinating interviews. 
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations. 
  • Handle HR-related queries and provide support to employees on HR matters. 
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives. 
  • Manage and process payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner. 
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, benefits, and deductions. 
  • Verify timekeeping and attendance data and resolve discrepancies, as well as scheduling overtime for certain positions and/or situation. 
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries (such as cash advance, overtime, attendance, etc.) and issues from employees. 
  • Maintain payroll records and prepare reports for management. 
  • Assist with general administrative tasks including general affairs, office/building management and supplies, driver schedule, and document review/verification. 
  • Coordinate office events, meetings, and travel arrangements. 
  • Maintain a safe and organized working environment. 

Requirements:

  • Candidate at least have a minimum a diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in HR, payroll, or general administration, with at least 2 years of relevant experience at the staff level. 
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll administration, and relevant regulations. 
  • Proficiency in payroll software and HR systems. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. 
  • HR or Payroll certification (e.g., PHR, CPP, HRIP) are favorable. 
  • Familiarity with international payroll and labor laws. 
  • Multilingual proficiency for global communication.
