BASIC FUNCTIONS

Under the direction of Senior HR Manager, has responsibilities to administer, implement, coordinate, and maintain policies and programs to keep a competitive salary position and compensate staff on a fair and equitable basis in accordance with the company policy. Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administer job analysis of all positions, including the maintenance of evaluation tools and design and coordination of procedures.
  • Administer performance and salary reviews for the payroll, including planning and installing policies, procedures, and maintaining payroll systems and processing payroll according to schedule and in the correct amount.
  • Review and check the personnel ACT/Compensation Change Request (CCR) to make sure that the compensation and benefits proposals are meet the standard and guideline.
  • Assist the organization to set up or review job family to make sure it is always market competitive.
  • Coordinate annual merit increase process, promotion and reclassification process for the organization. Consolidate and check to make sure the proposals follow the guideline.
  • Coordinate the C&B market surveys and especially local salary surveys for workers to make sure our pay structure is market competitive.
  • Assist Senior HR manager to align all the benefits program, HR policies and process.
  • Coordinate HR SAP data updates for Indonesia organization.
  • Provide and analyze all kinds of HR data, which includes turnover, headcount, workforce planning and HR performance metrics and assist department managers to take actions.
  • Involve into the worker bonus scheme setting up for the plant to make sure that we have a good worker compensation program which is motivated and drive quality, safety and efficiency.
  • Involve in the Financial Planning process annually and co-ordinate the planning process for headcount, compensation, communication and training annually budget for the commercial office and the plant.
  • Perform other assignments delegated by superiors.

RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS

  • Reports to Senior HR Manager, K&B Indonesia.
  • Frequent contacts with the HRBP, Corporate C&B Department, department managers and associates, external consultation agencies and payroll agencies.
  • Check the monthly payroll and in charge of the social security and insurance.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree in the relevant discipline.
  • At least 5 or more years wage and salary related experience in the foreign invested company.
  • Good communicative skills are a must as well as good statistic sensitivity, attentiveness to detail and accuracy, and a confidential attitude.
  • Possess a good understanding of Indonesia labor law and regulation regarding social insurance.
  • Fluency in English required.
