JOB DESCRIPTION
E01 Strategic HR Partnership
1.1 Collaborate with business leaders to understand short- and long-term business objectives.
1.2 Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business goals.
1.3 Provide insight and recommendations to support organizational design and workforce planning.
1.4 Participate in business reviews to advise on people-related risks and opportunities.
E02 Talent Management and Acquisition
2.1 Partner with recruitment teams to identify hiring needs and develop talent acquisition plans.
2.2 Support the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
2.3 Identify critical roles and create succession plans in collaboration with management.
2.4 Promote internal mobility and career development initiatives.
E03 Employee Relations and Engagement
3.1 Act as the first point of contact for employee relations issues within assigned business units.
3.2 Investigate and resolve employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts fairly and promptly.
3.3 Coach and guide managers on effective employee communication, performance issues, and disciplinary actions.
3.4 Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, morale, and culture alignment.
E04 Performance Management
4.1 Oversee the performance appraisal cycle, ensuring timely completion and quality of evaluations.
4.2 Work with managers to set clear, measurable goals and provide ongoing feedback.
4.3 Identify high-potential employees and support leadership in their development plans.
4.4 Address performance issues with coaching plans or corrective actions as needed.
E05 Learning and Development Coordination
5.1 Coordinate with the HR Development team to identify training needs within business units.
5.2 Support the rollout of training programs, workshops, and leadership development initiatives.
5.3 Encourage a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
5.4 Track participation and evaluate the effectiveness of development programs.
E06 Change Management and Organizational Development
6.1 Support business transformation and change initiatives by providing HR expertise.
6.2 Facilitate communication and stakeholder engagement during organizational changes
6.3 Help managers and employees adapt to changes effectively.
6.4 Analyze impact of changes and report progress to leadership.
E07 Compliance and Risk Management
7.1 Ensure all HR practices comply with local labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
7.2 Assist in audits and inspections related to HR compliance.
7.3 Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee information.
7.4 Advise managers on legal and policy issues to minimize risk.
E08 HR Analytics and Reporting
8.1 Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and support decision-making.
8.2 Prepare reports on turnover, absenteeism, engagement, and other key HR metrics.
8.3 Use data insights to recommend improvements in HR processes and employee experience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
E01 Qualifications
1.1 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
1.2 2 – 5 year of experience in HR business partnering, preferably in a multi-business unit environment of manufacturing or industrial environment.
1.3 Familiarity with HR operations, labor law compliance, and industrial relation preferred.
1.4 Exposure to shop floor HR support or Production-Related HR issues is a plus
E02 Soft Skills & Competencies
2.1 Basic understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, time & attendance, and performance management.
2.2 Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with shop floor employees, supervisors, and management.
2.3 High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
2.4 Strong organizational and administrative skills.
2.5 Ability to handle employee grievances and basic conflict resolution.
2.6 Willingness to work on-site in a plant/factory setting.
2.7 Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems (if any).
2.8Fluent in English is a must.
