HR Business Partner – Manufacturing (Food Industry)

About the Role

Flora Food Group, a leading company in the food manufacturing sector, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Manufacturing to join our team. Reporting to the Head of HR for Indonesia, SEA & ANZ (based in Jakarta), this role is supported by an extensive HR network, covering payroll, recruitment, rewards & benefits, and talent management.

In this position, you will drive and execute the People Agenda to achieve the 2024 People Plan, focusing on Talent, Organization, Skills, Capabilities, Performance, Labor Strategy, and Culture. Your work will involve implementing HR programs and strategies that support business objectives, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Country Supply Chain Leadership Team to drive the People Agenda at the Cikarang Factory and across the Supply Chain function in Indonesia.

• Implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring seamless execution across the business.

• Analyze business and people challenges, providing insights and solutions to enhance overall performance and success in the region.

• Build strong, credible relationships with leadership teams and the broader HR community to influence and drive HR initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations while implementing HR policies and best practices.

• Support talent management efforts, including workforce planning, succession planning, and capability development.

• Foster a high-performance culture through effective performance management strategies and employee engagement initiatives.

• Lead labor strategy efforts, ensuring positive industrial relations and alignment with company goals.

About You

• Several years of experience as an HR Leader, with strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance.

• Proven ability to balance operational and strategic HR tasks within a fast-paced, international, and matrixed environment.

• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively across different functions and leadership levels.

• A hands-on, solution-oriented approach with a strong ownership mindset, proactively addressing business and people challenges.

• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously.
