Perusahaan kami telah merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi HR Assistant di kantor PT Jaykay Files Indonesia (Semarang) untuk domisili Semarang dan sekitarnya.

Skill yang kami inginkan adalah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Sumber Daya Manusia / HR serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Untuk kualifikasi yang kita inginkan adalah setidaknya Sarjana (S1). Sesuai dari peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.

Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 4.500.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

1 Recruitment of employees

2 Making Company Regulations (PP) and Collective Labor Agreements (PKB)

3 Fostering and enforcing work discipline for employees, giving sanctions/terminate employees who violate the rules

4 Establishment and development of Bipartite LKS within the company

5 Establishment and development of the Employee Safety and Health Committee (P2K3) in the company

6 Regulation and measurement of the company’s ambient air, lighting of production and administration rooms, measurement of sound in the production room together with the authorized agency

7 Licensing of new and extended work safety equipment in coordination with the Dept. Maintenance (Dept.Teknik), for example pressure vessels, cranes, forklifts, lightning rods, fire extinguishers and others

8 Housekeeping, company cleanliness both in the production room and in the company yard environment

9 Maintenance, regulation and legalization of company-owned vehicles

10 Establish a harmonious cooperative relationship between PT. JKFI with government agencies, namely

a. Around the company: Rukun Tetangga (RT), Rukun Warga (RW) and local Youth Organizations

b. Village head

c. Inter-company HR/Personnel Association

d. labor offices

e. Police and

f. TNI

11Taking care of foreign worker’s SIM, if needed either renewal or extension

12Coordinate with the Dept. Legal, if a special permit for foreign workers is needed & with external agency (law firm) for better legal administration maintained

 13Arrange and search for rented houses for foreign workers until the legality is notarized

 14Ensure the wage and Overtime calculation are in place and on time

  15Enforce operator discipline in term of absenteeism, enter-exit factory , prying time, use of safety equipment’s
