Education: Bachelor degree or above
Major: Human resources management, administrative management and other management majors or law majors, etc.
Required knowledge: Understand the company’s various management systems, be familiar with the labor laws and related regulations of the country of residence, and be familiar with the theory and logic of the module you are responsible for
Industry/professional experience: More than 2 years of experience in human resources positions
Management experience: More than 1 year of experience in the same position

Training:
1. Participate in the formulation, improvement and supervision of the company’s training system;
2. Formulate annual training plans based on the annual human resources work plan and the training needs of each department;
3. Organize employee training and establish training reports and analysis reports;
4. Be responsible for the effect evaluation after the training and establish training personnel file management;
5. Contact various training institutions to ensure the smooth progress of external training;
6. Organize skills training and various professional title evaluation work from time to time.                                               7. Complete temporary tasks assigned by leaders with quality and quantity.

Recruitment:
1. Responsible for posting job information, collecting resumes, pre-employment testing and preliminary resumes;
2. Screening, arranging interviews, and organizing candidates to take skills and comprehensive quality tests;
3. Responsible for establishing a reserve talent selection program and talent reserve mechanism to match demand with reserves;
4. Formulate and improve the processes, procedures, regulations and specifications related to recruitment;
5. Responsible for maintaining and expanding recruitment channels;
6. Track and evaluate the use of various types of talents, and update and maintain the talent reserve pool.
7. Complete temporary tasks assigned by leaders with quality and quantity.

Basic personnel/Employee Relations:
1. Responsible for handling all kinds of personnel procedures for employees, including employee recruitment, signing of human resources contracts, personnel relationship transfer, employee resignation, dismissal, etc.;
2. Increase and decrease of employees, monthly payment and payment of social security and provident fund;
3. Regularly organize and archive employee files according to the requirements of employee file list;
4. Supervision of employee attendance discipline, monthly organization, confirmation and approval of attendance data;
5. Management of employee appeal channels and employee discussions.                                                                           6. Complete temporary tasks assigned by leaders with quality and quantity.
