Job Description

You are at the heart of the hotel! We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in our guest rooms and public areas. You will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to hotel standards and procedures.

• Change linens, make beds, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, clean bathrooms, and replenish supplies.

• Report any maintenance issues, damaged furnishings, or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor promptly.

• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries related to housekeeping services.

• Adhere to hotel hygiene and safety standards at all times.

• Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to enhance guest experience.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset
• Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
• Excellent organizational skills and time management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
