Kami merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Hotel Sales Executive di tempat usaha PT Novus Hotel Manajemen untuk daerah Jakarta Barat dan sekitarnya.
Kemampuan yang kita inginkan adalah Hotel/Restoran & Hotel/Pariwisata serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.
Selain itu untuk syarat yang kami inginkan ialah minimal Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), & Sarjana (S1). Merupakan ketetapan yang perusahaan kami berikan.
Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Hotel Sales Executive
We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction.
The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth .
Responsibilities :
- Sending out details of new properties on the market to people on your database
- Making appointments and showing buyers around a property
- Finding buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team to achieve better results
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree / S1 in any degree
- Proven experience as a sales executive min 2 years
- Target oriented Corporate, MICE, Agent
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
