Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and strategic management of our luxury villa complex in Pecatu, Bali. This role focuses operational oversight and planning, requiring a hands-on leader who can ensure seamless guest experiences while driving business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and the ability to manage all aspects of the villa’s operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement business strategies to maximize occupancy, revenue, and profitability.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring the financial health of the villa complex.
• Coordinate with the marketing team promotional efforts to enhance the villa’s brand and increase guest bookings.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure the villa complex complies with local laws and regulations, as well as hospitality industry standards.

Operational Management:

• Oversee all day-to-day operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, front office, guest services, and food and beverage (if applicable).
• Ensure that the villa complex consistently delivers high-quality service and maintains high guest satisfaction ratings.
• Manage and train staff, creating a positive and productive work environment.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure the villas are always in excellent condition.
• Develop and enforce operational policies, procedures, and best practices.

Financial & Administrative Duties:

• Manage operational budgets and control expenses to maximize profitability without compromising quality.
• Handle contracts and relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.

Staff Leadership & Development:

• Working with HR, Recruit, train, and manage staff across all departments, ensuring high performance and retention.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and develop career growth plans for team members.
• Ensure that the villa complex has adequate staffing levels to meet operational needs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a operations managerial role within a luxury hotel, resort, or villa complex. Experience in villa management is highly preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Languages: Fluency in English is required.
• Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and best practices.
• Proven financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to guest service and operational issues.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and handle unexpected situations with grace.
• Familiarity with the Bali tourism market and local regulations is a plus.
