RESPONSILIBITIES :

Responsible for the selection, installation, and testing of transformer station equipment and supporting equipment.

Drafting electrical safety work regulations of transformer equipment.

Assist planners in the creation of transformer equipment inventory records. 

Participate in the preparation of repair safety standards. 

Participate in the preparation of maintenance technical standards. 

Participate in the preparation of maintenance lubrication standards. Participate in the preparation of maintenance inspection standards;

Responsible for selecting system operation mode and rationalised cost accounting work according to production situation;

Responsible for the operational management of transformer equipment and internal training for staff.

Responsible for drafting electrical position operational regulations and procedures, operational regulations, and emergency response procedures.

Analyse, evaluate, and handle various sudden outage events and organise emergency response procedure drills.

Organise staff to keep safety records and conduct regular inspections of transformer equipment.  

Supervise the implementation of two tickets (job ticket/operation ticket) and three systems (shift system, roving inspection system, and periodic equipment change system) for electrical staff. 

Inspection and acceptance of safety technical measures for electrical maintenance operations and equipment maintenance, testing work; Compile statistics of equipment spare parts and conduct acceptance of goods after arrival.

Compile operational records of electrical equipment.

Conducting performance evaluation of electrical personnel.

Responsible for transformer equipment technical modification work.

Drawing up a large-scale repair plan of electrical equipment.

Participate in PM equipment maintenance strategy.

Develop operational procedures for electrical equipment safety.

Participate in the management of energy consumption, 5S, quality, and safety in the department.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• 3 years of experience as HV electrical engineer including as lead engineer;
• Experience of work in the same field would be as a plus;
• Experience with industrial HV power supply (>110kV);
• Experience with industrial MV/LV power supply (10/0.4 kV) will be plus;
• complex grid calculations for grids >110kV in specific software
• cable engineering for grids >110kV
• electro-magnetic compliance EMC/Standards and their implementation
• Preparation and release of components, bill of materials, wiring diagrams and other drawings
• Testing and troubleshooting high voltage and associated electronic assemblies (will be prevalent experience)
• Drawing up layouts, loop and connection diagrams.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD;
• Proficient in using Siemens and Omron PLCs.
• Strong thinking/problem-solving skills with a “can-do” attitude. 
• Familiar with one type of HMI software and have practical use experience.
• Good knowledge of office soft (MS Outlook, Word, Excel) 
• English — intermediate (reading, writing, speaking on technical topics should be free level).
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kendal Industrial Park (KIK).
