We are a shoe manufacturer producing world-class shoes, with various innovations and automation to be the first movers in this industry. Our company is located in Cikupa, Tangerang Regency, Banten.

Role Description

The Health & Safety Manager will be responsible for driving the implementation of overall company health & safety policies and procedures across 2 (two) factories. This position’s areas of responsibility include, but not limited to, formulating overall HS annual strategy, driving the K3 management system, executing Zero Accident campaign, enforcing K3 standard regulations, and prioritizing occupational health & safety as well as standardizing all of these across 2 (two) factories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with additional specialist qualification in K3/Lingker/Public Health/mechanical engineering.
• Certified AK3U, experienced with SMK3, and Culture of Safety Maturity.
• Excellent knowledge in ISO 45001 standards.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• At least 7 years of HS experience.
• Prior experience in HS field in the manufacturing industry. Footwear Manufacturing is preferred.
• Hands-on, resilient, assertive, and a problem solver with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with people at all levels of leadership.
• A role model and able to build/maintain relationships with cultural and ethical perspective.
• Agile, high-driven, and execution-oriented.
• Demonstrated win-win competencies & attitude.
• Understand and prioritize Health & Safety Culture Implementation at workplace.
• Willing to be placed in any location.
