JOB PURPOSE: We are looking for a dedicated Health Leader to help improve the health quality of employees who have limited access to healthcare facilities. This role also ensures compliance with BRC-related Medical Check-Up (MCU) procedures.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Employee Health Quality Improvement:

• Manage employee documentation and administration, including Medical Records (RM).
• Conduct health check-ups for sick employees and issue rest permits.
• Handle patient referral processes related to BPJS Kesehatan and prepare referral letters.
• Visit sick employees and calculate Lost Hours.
• Manage inventory documentation for first aid kits (P3K).
• Provide data support for BPJS TK referrals in case of workplace accidents (KK).
• Educate and counsel employees about first aid (P3K) through material preparation and implementation.
• Coordinate, budget, report, and document health-related activities and administrative tasks.

2. Health Education for Employees (General/OPL – One-Point Lesson):

• Prepare and implement educational materials and programs.
• Evaluate health education programs.
• Assist in examining employees with specific medical conditions, complaints, and needs.
• Prepare examination rooms and facilities, including oxygen, AED (Automated External Defibrillator), medical equipment, medicines, and consumables.
• Check patient health conditions, including complaints, vital signs (TTV), physical exams, and nursing diagnoses.
• Provide necessary medications and conduct Communication, Information, and Education (KIE) sessions.
• Coordinate with the company doctor for the provision of instructions, counseling, medications, consumables, and medical equipment as needed.

3. Compliance – BRC Related:

• Ensure employees follow MCU procedures.
• Manage administration and coordination with vendors and employees during MCU implementation.
• Prepare and input MCU realization data to HRGA.
• Assist in MCU implementation in the company area and evaluate and mitigate NC results from MCU.
• Coordinate health education for employees.
• Be responsible for clinic room inventory, first aid kits (P3K), medicines, consumables, and medical equipment.
• Manage PR for medicines, consumables, and medical equipment.
• Oversee medical waste and hazardous waste disposal.
• Conduct inventory and stock taking of medicines, consumables, and medical equipment.
• Handle workplace accidents, examine affected employees, and manage documentation and administration.
• Prepare compliance certification documents, including standard operational procedures, work instructions, forms, databases, and other supporting documents.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in health or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee health or a related position.
• Knowledge of BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS TK.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Excellent administrative and documentation abilities.
• Leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
