JOB SCOPE :

Develop & execute tax planning to drive tax optimization comply with tax regulation.

• Drive implementation for BKMS tax policy & strategy.
• Monitor tax liabilities regularly

Lead day-to-day transactional tax matters, compliance and manage tax audit for BKMS.

• Prepare required reports related for tax audit purpose.
• Lead validation of tax data, calculate equalization, and apply adjustment.
• Lead tax filing and submission.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly VAT refund submission.
• Ensure quality of tax information received, e.g. refine processes or tools to help ensure tax invoice verification done by accountants.
• Prepare required reports related for tax audit purpose.
• Facilitate tax audit process

Update and operate on newest taxation regulation.

• Share new tax regulations and insights that are applicable for BKMS.
• Apply most updated regulations to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Provide tax advisory services for all respective department.

REQUIREMENT :

• Min Bachelor’s Degree in Economy Accounting or Taxation with minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university
• At least 10 years experienced in the same field
• Having good experience in VAT, CIT, WHT, Tax Holiday 
• Attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, good communication and good interpersonal skill
• Fluent in English 
• Willing to be placed at GRESIK, EAST JAVA
