Our client is one of the longest and largest EPC company in Indonesia. As the Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible to lead the supply chain team.

Our client is one of the longest and largest EPC company in Indonesia, who is experiencing exponential growth. They are looking for a senior high calibre candidate with background in end to end supply chain to be part of their Head Office that will support the needs of their projects in the Oil & gas, power and industrial sectors.

Description

• Lead contracting and negotiation and long lead direct purchasing and supply chain development.
• Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliers.
• Be responsible for the day to day operations with sub-contract, procurement, logistics, expediting, warehouse and contract management.
• Manage and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of materials, equipment, and execution of projects.
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures throughout the supply chain.
• Liaise closely with the Legal department to establish streamlined and scalable contracts and contracting strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to supply chain and procurement.
• Work with project managers and engineers through the entire EPC project life cycle – from expression of interest, to bid, to award, claim management and close out.

Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering or a related field from Tier 1 universities.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with good track record
• Have exposure to contracts bench marking
• Project management experience to drive improvement initiatives
• Well developed influencing skills and is able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
