We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Sales for our company. How you will make an impact in this role

As the Head of SaaS Sales at Trusting Social, you will drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and execute the sales strategy. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in SaaS sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a results-driven mindset.

What you will do

• Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
• Build strong client relationships, understand their business needs and challenges, and proactively provide effective solutions.
• Develop effective sales and marketing strategies, campaigns, and materials that generate leads and support the sales process.
• Optimize the sales process and leverage technology for enhanced productivity.
• Conduct market research and provide strategic insights for business growth.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for the executive team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and drive innovation within the company.
• Represent the company at industry events to promote products and services.

What you need to have Minimum

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (MBA is a plus).
• Proven track record in SaaS sales leadership (CRM, Cloud, AI based product, bot, etc)
• Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices in SaaS.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales productivity tools.
• Excellent English fluency
• Good interpersonal and people management skills.

Preferred 

• Experience in selling AI and AGI or data-driven solutions
• Strategic mindset with a focus on leveraging AI / AGI to create innovative and disruptive solutions.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to push boundaries and explore new opportunities.
