JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for market development/growth strategies and product sales export  through various collaborations or promotional/advertising/exhibition/association activities for company branding and strategic branding.

• Evaluate, see opportunities and take necessary steps to achieve sales and profitability levels in accordance with the targets set, including providing input on packaging market trends and proposals for the development of free item series products & trading items periodically (product development)

• Fully monitor and control the sales cycle starting from PO receipt, delivery, inventory, AR billing, KP (customer complaint) resolution and report it periodically according to the set target.

• Prepare annual sales and cost budgets, ensure/control their implementation and evaluate sales activities, budget usage and department costs and report to superiors to ensure effective and efficient budget usage while still ensuring customer satisfaction

QUALIFICATION:

• Hold minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Business Management or equivalent. Master degree would be a plus point

• Minimum 2 years experiences in the same position and similar industry or plastic packaging Industry

• Has strong managerial, communication and presentation skills

• Able to work in/as and develop team

• Able to identify and generate new business opportunities and be a problem solver 

• Fluent in English is a must, both verbal and written
