JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop safety policy and day-to-day SHE standard operating procedure (SOP).

• Identify hazards, pain points, related safety standard/ regulation to include into policy.
• Develop safety criteria, report template, command chain, investigation procedures, etc.
• Ensure SHE Policy and SOP are up-to-date.

Ensure adequate safety competencies and awareness.

• Ensure safety compliance to regulations and requirements incl. certification for equipment and employee, fit to work, etc.
• Pro-actively identify, assess and where possible eliminate all hazards and associated risks by implementing control measures to mitigate safety risks.

Perform SHE audit & investigation on weekly & quarterly basis.

• Define data requirement for safety and health performance review.
• Set up audit plan and conduct audit accordingly to understand current safety and health implementation.
• Review audit report and agree with related Departments for action plan needed and completion timeline.

Support Emergency Response Team (ERT) to provide guidance on emergency action plan to resolve accidents including during the drill exercises.

REQUIREMENT :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university
• At least 15 years of working experience in Safety, Health and Environment.
• Good communication Fast Learner, Independent, Good Communication & Good Interpersonal Skill
• Certified ISO 9001 : 2015, ISO 14001 : 2015 & ISO 45001 : 2018
• Fluent in English
• Willing to be placed at Gresik, East Java
