Job description & requirements

Job Descriptions:

• Organize and Manage all offline stores operations performance to achieve the given target (sales/revenue and staff’s productivity, operations performance, security, store display, customer services & hospitality)
• Responsible in optimizing the store management and staff allocation and hiring within the department and to supervise/guide offline store team towards maximum performance
• Ensure the team underneath has sufficient and required training or tools to gain maximum productivity
• Build up and Improve the relevant procedures are in place and ensure the execution of the procedures are trackable and auditable
• Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store (system, procedure and services)
• Perform regular store visit and audit
• Plan and organize new offline store expansion and ensure the execution of store opening meet the expected timeline
• Organizing the supply chain operations and ensure healthy inventory are in placed to gain maximum sales performance
• Responsible to prevent stock loss within the stores
• Managing all offline store assets purchased are optimized,  within budget and well maintained
• Prepare and control the store’s budget and P&L in aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency and also optimized profitability
• Working in hands with marketing campaign team and visual merchandiser to plan and oversee offline in-store or off-store promotional events or displays
• Ensure the store fulfils all legal health, security and safety guidelines, and comply with relevant regulations
• Provide and present report and analysis to higher level management

Requirements:

• Advanced experience and knowledge in Beauty products/retail practice
• Proven experience as retail operations management (3–5 years experiences)
• Outstanding communication & interpersonal abilities with strong Leadership and 
• Willing to Travel as required to audit and open new store
• Advanced knowledge of retail management software (POS, Inventory System, WMS, etc)
• Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
