What You’ll Do

As the Head of Project, your primary responsibility will be leading the construction activities to support business growth. You’ll perform crucial engineering duties in planning, designing, and overseeing the construction and maintenance of building structures and facilities. Your strong leadership skills will enable you to manage all engineering work effectively, directing your team in a clear and defined manner. You’ll also play a key role in managing project risks and issues, developing mitigation plans when necessary. Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, organisational and regulatory requirements will be integral to your role.

• Perform engineering duties in planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and facilities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Manage & Monitor all engineering work to direct subordinates in clear and defined manner.
• Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation plans as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, organisational and regulatory requirements.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate for this Head of Project role will bring a wealth of experience in construction projects and engineering. With a minimum of 15-20 years’ experience under your belt, you’ll have developed strong project management skills that allow you to juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Your excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills will enable you to guide your team effectively. A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from a reputable university is essential for this role, as is a willingness to travel around Indonesia.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from reputable university
• Minimum 15-20 years of experience in construction projects and engineering
• Experience in manufacturing industry will be advantageous
• Hold PMP certification and have experience in performing project management processes
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel around Indonesia
