Manulife Asset Management Indonesia Product Development will be responsible to manage all activities in Investment Product Management from planning to the implementation stage in accordance with applicable capital market regulations and the latest product developments.

We are looking for someone with: 

1. Minimum educational background bachelor’s degree.

2. Minimum 10 years’ experience in the financial sector.

3. Fluent in English both oral and written.

4. Have WMI/CFA license.

5. Strong knowledge of the operational activities of mutual funds and wealth management.

6. Understand capital market regulations and company regulations.

7. Have experience in the Indonesian capital market, as a product specialist in the industry.

8. Have good interpersonal and analytical skills and be creative.

9. Innovative and able to think creatively.

• Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholders 

On the job you will: 

·Perform as the Person in Charge of the Product and Pricing Committee.
·Responsible for documentation required for internal approval, such as the Product & Pricing Committee, Asia Product Committee, and Global Investment Product Committee as well as external and regulators.
·Create a work plan for the Investment Product Management team including new product plans, product rationalization, or product revamping in collaboration with related groups within MAMI.
·Supervise the Investment Product Management team as a whole and ensure that the work plans that have been made are carried out according to plan.
·Follow and analyze market developments and periodically monitor the performance of MAMI products and compare them with market and competitor performance and outcomes.
·Fostering good relations with key stakeholders to launch Investment Product Management activities both with government agencies such as OJK and other parties related to Investment Product Management activities.
·Coordinate with other related departments in task areas such as Distribution, Legal and Compliance, Operations, and Investment to support the smooth running of the Investment Product Management department’s activities.
·Ensure the good relations between local and regional teams to ensure alignment between local and regional work plans.
·Prepare the documents needed for the meetings of the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners.
·Ensure all the Standard Operating Procedures in the Investment Product Management team comply with applicable regulations both externally and internally and the Standard Operating Procedures are continually updated.
