We are seeking an experienced Head of Plant / Head of Manufacturing to oversee end-to-end food production operations and ensure the site consistently meets capacity, quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across production, engineering, quality, supply chain coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives. As a key member of the leadership team, this position plays a critical role in scaling plant performance, strengthening compliance, and ensuring sustainable operational growth.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead overall plant operations, covering production, quality, engineering, maintenance, PPIC, warehouse, and HSE.

• Ensure the plant meets production targets, output efficiency, and product quality standards in line with HACCP, GMP, ISO, and other regulatory requirements.

• Oversee food safety implementation, risk control, and compliance with national and international standards.

• Drive capacity planning, resource allocation, production scheduling, workflow optimization, and utilization of machinery.

• Implement and sustain continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5S, TPM).

• Improve operational systems through ERP, TMS/WMS, automation, and real-time reporting.

• Lead end-to-end supply chain coordination, including raw material flow, cold chain integrity, warehouse operations, and outbound logistics.

• Manage cross-functional teams and build strong operational discipline across all departments.

• Oversee budget planning, OPEX/CAPEX control, and operational cost efficiency initiatives.

• Provide accurate, data-driven operational reports and recommendations to senior management.

What We Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in food production, with at least 3 years in a managerial/Head role.

• Strong understanding of large-scale production operations, supply chain integration, and operational standardization.

• Proven leadership capability in managing multi-departmental teams with high operational demands.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with strong data interpretation ability.

• Experience in implementing Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, GMP, HACCP).

• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, food safety compliance, and plant audit requirements.

• Proficiency in ERP Systems, TMS/WMS, and production planning tools (PPIC).

• Solid experience in supply chain management, cold chain systems, warehouse and logistics operations.

• Familiarity with engineering functions, equipment maintenance, and utilities management.

• Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control principles.

• Excellent communication, cross-functional coordination, and organizational planning skills.

• High attention to detail, operational discipline, and the ability to work in fast-paced production environments.
