Telah rilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Head of People & Culture di perusahaan PT KSK Insurance Indonesia untuk domisili Jakarta Selatan serta sekitarnya.

Adapun untuk kualifikasi yang kami inginkan adalah minimum Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Yang merupakan ketentuan yang PT kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Human Resource

  • Lead the HR team to deliver its functions and services to the Company and employee
  • Develop/ manage and execute country HR Framework, Policies, and structures in panning the HR functions to support Company’s strategic direction and long-term goals.
  • Accountable for HR Services ie HR Operations and Processes ie Hiring, ComBen, Performance Management, Training & Development, Industrial Relations, and Employee Engagement
  • Provide guidelines, consultation for HODs/ Supervisors and employees to ensure the good practice of HR.
  • Sound knowledge of Indonesia Employment Laws
  • Responsible to prepare structured reporting on HR activities and initiatives and status to relevant stakeholders ie CEO, and Group on the frequency as per timeline
  • Partner with Group and take leads in Regional projects and initiatives

General Admin

  • Lead the Admin team to deliver its functions and services to the Company and employees
  • Accountable for Admin Operations/ Processes ie budgets, tendering/ procurement, maintenance, and other services
  • Responsible to prepare structured reporting on Admin activities and initiatives and status to relevant stakeholders ie CEO, and Group on the frequency as per timeline
  • Partner with Group and take leads in Regional projects and initiatives

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in or higher in Human Resources Management or related fields
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR roles from Financial Institutions with proven management skills
  • Candidates from the Insurance and technology industries will be an advantage
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Excellent planning, analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to balance the long-term (“big picture”) and short-term implications of individual decisions.
  • Ability to apply multiple solutions to business problems.
  • Willing to travel for business purposes, as and when required

Our business started back in 1988 as a local general insurer known as PT Asuransi Hastin Utama before changing its name to PT Asuransi Aegis Indonesia in 2001. The company was then acquired by KSK Group Berhad (then known as Kurnia Asia Berhad) in 2007 and was renamed to PT Kurnia Insurance Indonesia.
