About the job

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing the Crystal Clear Marketing and Communication Strategy and Plan that will support the business ambition to grow. This will be done by executing a plan that wins new trade customers, develops retail chain customers, develops the trade FMCG network and re-attracts lapsed customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work in conjunction with the Marketing Director, and Brand Director to assist build the trade B2B marketing strategy, annual plan, vision and values.
2. Execution of the B2B Marketing & Communications plan, overseeing and developing marketing offline campaigns, building brand awareness, customer recruitment and retention.
3. You will utilise the marketing mix and will be responsible for communications to our B2B audience of high calibre organisations.
4. Develop and foster relationships with FMCG business partners, store teams, internal PPD Store team and PPD Brand team.
5. Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and corporate marketing, to develop and implement programs
6. Lead business-to-business marketing (B2B) communications to reach application targets.
7. Drive all B2B marketing activities, in collaboration with the Business Development Team.
8. Organise events and exhibitions at industry events
9. Analysis of the results of all marketing activity and reporting of marketing KPIs
10. Research target markets & track competitor’s marketing activity
11. Measure marketing effectiveness, collating information on campaign ROI and providing monthly KPI & budget reports
12. Ensure smooth new product launch and review product performance with commercial team
13. Manage all agency relationships to ensure they have a clear understanding of the marketing strategy, brand positioning, clear objectives and are held to account ensuring their monthly KPI’s are being met
14. Optimise the customer journey and the customer instore retail experience

Job Requirements

1. Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results
2. Advanced English is a must
3. Exposure to digital and direct response marketing
4. Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages
5. Strong project management skills
6. Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
7. Ability to travel as necessary
8. We’re looking for someone with 8+ years of experience in marketing
9. Preferred experience in wellness & sports
10. Sales experience background
