About the role

We are seeking a talented and strategic Head of Marketing to join our dynamic team at PT Hookah Place Partnership based in Badung, Bali. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading and executing our comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention for our growing business. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Badung, Bali.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and implement an integrated marketing plan to achieve key business objectives

• Oversee all marketing channels and campaigns, including social media, digital advertising, email marketing, events, and partnerships

• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities

• Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals to ensure efficient and effective delivery of marketing initiatives

• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations teams to align on marketing priorities

• Monitor, measure, and report on marketing performance, and optimise strategies accordingly

• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies to drive innovation

What we’re looking for

• 7-10 years of progressive experience in marketing management, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies

• Extensive knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing

• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to measure and report on marketing performance

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Demonstrable leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team

• Familiarity with the hospitality or retail industry is preferred

• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required
