Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding and a deep knowledge of marketing principles, and a proven ability to drive brand growth, increase market share, and elevate customer experience. This role requires strong leadership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Other key responsibilites are:

Strategic Leadership:

• Developing and implementing the overall marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, customer loyalty, and market share for the company’s product offerings.
• Leading market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, competitive insights, and opportunities for brand growth.
• Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborating with senior leadership across various functions (Finance, Operations, Sales) to align marketing strategies with the company’s business objectives and vision.

Marketing Management:

• Overseeing the development and maintenance of a consistent, compelling brand identity that resonates with target customers.
• Drivng brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling across all marketing channels.
• Leading digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, content strategy, online advertising, and social media campaigns.
• Developing and managing the company’s social media presence, driving engagement, brand awareness, and customer advocacy. Also, ensuring that all the campaigns across both offline and online channels are consistent with the brand’s images.
• Planning, executing, and overseeing marketing campaigns, including creative concept development, media buying, and promotional activities.
• Monitoring and analyzing customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and product improvements.
• Managing the budget P&L and resources for marketing initiatives, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum impact.

Team Management & Development:

• Building, leading, and mentoring a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and results.
• Providing professional development opportunities for team members to grow and excel within their roles.
• Promoting effective communication and collaboration within the marketing department and across other departments.

Profile

Even though this is a conventional sector, our client is expecting candidates to be agile, and able to work in a start-up environment. Other requirement includes:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Excellent communication in both Bahasa and English.
• At least 15 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Industry focused: multi-national companies, and with combined experience working in established and start-up fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand growth and customer acquisition.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
• Knowledge of the automotive market, trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape is highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively across various marketing channels (traditional, digital, events, etc.)
