About Our Company:

PT ANUGERAH SPECIA PRATAMA (ASP) is the parent company of 4 manufacturing plants, comprising 2 blown film facilities and 2 flexible packaging facilities. ASP was established in 2008 and specializes in producing custom linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) film on rolls. The company offers a diverse range of high-quality films with various sizes, thicknesses, and colors suitable for applications such as lamination, printing, flexible packaging, and bag making. Located in Cikarang, West Java – Indonesia.

What You’ll Do:

As the Head of Maintenance, you will be a pivotal pillar in leading a dedicated team of engineers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Running day to day electrical and mechanical maintenance of plant, building, infrastructure, and machines.
2. Meets operational goals by contributing information and recommendations for strategic planning and review, preparing and enacting action plans, maintaining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, completing audits, identifying trends, recognizing problems and determining appropriate system improvements and solutions.
3. Overseeing and guiding the engineering team in designing, developing, and improving the blown film production processes.
4. Identifying the latest trends and innovations in the blown film industry and implementing cutting-edge technology to enhance production efficiency and quality.
5. Identifying opportunities for process and operational improvements in production and implementing effective solutions.
6. Taking charge of engineering projects from planning to implementation.
7. Ensuring strict quality and safety standards are adhered to throughout the production process.

Qualifications We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or diploma degree in Engineering or related disciplines.
• Successful managerial experience for a minimum of 2 years in the blown film industry or plastic extrusion industry is advantage.
• Have good Electrical and Mechanical skill.
• Understanding of Automation, PLC, Servo, SCADA system equipment.
• Knowledge about chillers, compressors, cooling tower, and other utilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze root cause of the issue on hand.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
