Job Description:

• Disseminate and impart basic or applied knowledge to students
• Assist students with learning process
• Assessing student’s learning
• Participate actively in specific research projects
• Propose new topics for research projects
• Maintain a program of research, scholarship or artistic creativity through which they should aspire to a national or international reputation as scholars and promotion to the rank of Professor (academic specialist rank)
• Contribute to their disciplines through publishing articles and books, presenting research findings, or disseminating their work to external audiences
• Perform Community Services: Participate actively in community service programs, Propose new program for community service
• Coordinate all matters related to teaching process in Laboratory/Studio with SCC/CCC by monitoring the preparation and implementation process of following matters: Course Review, Course Outline (CO), Outline Resources (OR), Text Book, Learning Outcome Assessment, Operational Table
• Enrich and maintain the academic quality of all course materials under related area of responsibility, including:Course Outline (CO),Online Resources (OR), Assignments, Examination
• Create new and/or conduct review and revise course material quality by conducting Course Outline/Online Resources review and revision (every semester).
• Ensure the quality and effectiveness of teaching delivery for all classes according to the standard (CO and OR).
• Review all course materials within related group of subjects (Rumpun Ilmu).
• Create new and/or revise the course materials within related group of subjects (2 courses per semester).
• Lead peer review activities.
• Provide monthly updates to Dean/Head of Department/Program related to course evaluation and improvement.
• Provide input for obsolete courses and teaching materials to Head of Department/Program
• Coordinate other lecturers related to course development and evaluation process, as well as provide mentoring, coaching and feedback.
• Ensure the quality of teaching delivery for all classes according to standard.
• Manage all peers to be involved in development & evaluation of course and examination content.
• Ensure the quality and effective peer review activities.
• Ensure on time completion of the development & evaluation process.
• Monitor and evaluate teaching and learning activities.
• Ensure effective Laboratory/Studio activities, by coordinating the following activities:
  Design and finalize Laboratory/Studio handbook;
  Establish Laboratory/Studio scoring schemeCO/OR for Laboratory/Studio;
  Practicum courses;
  Laboratory/Studio scheduling process;
  Prepare and maintain the Laboratory/Studio facilities;
  Prepare & monitor Laboratory examination process;
  Recruit and assign Laboratory/Studio assistants (including assistant compensation process);
  Select and prepare student for the international/national competitions;
  Non-tuition revenue activities in Laboratory/Studio;
  Develop Laboratory/Studio materials and modules;
  Laboratory research & development activities
• Support Deputy Head to ensure the teaching operational activities, including solving students’ complaints
• Provide monthly, semester, and annual report to direct supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to operational and research activities
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks as required by direct supervisor
• Support Faculty/School to manage compliance activities and prepare documents for Borang or other national/international standard
• Perform the role of lecturer as stated in Catur Dharma Perguruan Tinggi

General Requirement:

• Education: Master Degree with relevant field of knowledge
  Jenjang Jabatan Akademik (JJA) : Minimum Lektor Kepala

  Education: Doctoral Degree with relevant field of knowledge
  Jenjang Jabatan Akademik (JJA) : Minimum Lektor

• Teaching Experience:
  Master Degree : 3+ years of Teaching Experience
  Doctoral Degree : 3+ years of Teaching Experience
• Location: Tangerang, Bandung
